At RoyalGoth, we want you to love what you receive. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, intimates, and accessories are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you
